We’re team non-bio at Kair. We’ve left out the enzymes as they're known skin irritants, but our formulas still pack a punch in the drum. We’ve replaced them with powerful, plant-based ingredients that deliver results, wash after wash.

All of our formulas are free from bleaching agents, because we want your clothes to live on in full colour.

There are no optical brighteners in our formulas - we're not here to play tricks, only to Kair.

All of our formulas are 100% vegan, and contain no animal derived ingredients.

No and we never, ever will - we're proudly cruelty free. Our products are strictly for laundry.

We took almost a year to perfect our Kair formulas. During this time we conducted extensive research and testing - in the lab, in real life with independent consumers, and with treasured pieces from the Kair team's wardrobes. We're sure you'll agree it was time well spent!

Absolutely - it's Kair for all. Our detergents and fabric conditioners are great for sheets, towels and anything else you might wash in a machine. Remember, it’s still important to follow care label instructions and wash on the correct cycle and at the recommended temperature.

Of course - our formulas are suitable for machines and hand washing so you can Kair however you wish. Don't forget to check garment labels and use the correct settings and temperature for your pieces.

Absolutely. Our formulas are suitable for hand washing so you can Kair however you wish. We recommend using 15ml Kair in 5L water.

Where do we begin? Kair really does care for your clothes like nothing that's come before. We’ve left out all the toxic chemicals and problematic ingredients that can break down clothing fibres and damage your items, and our formulas use only gentle (but powerful), plant-derived cleaning agents so you can wear, Kair, repeat.

We can't pronounce its technical name either - and we wish we could write it in plain English but rules are rules! More commonly known as Iso E Super, this scent ingredient is found in many of the world's leading luxury fragrances and has a woody aroma.

Whilst our kind and Kairing formulas do not contain any nasties, toxic chemicals or planet-compromising ingredients, in rare cases some of the fragrance ingredients which give Kair its captivating scent could have potentially sensitising effects. So, it’s our responsibility to make sure you’re aware of this (small and very unlikely) chance. If you do suffer with sensitive skin or allergies we would always recommend testing our products on select garments first.

Yes you can! Our range is safe for septic tanks: Kair doesn't contain any chlorine or harsh chemicals that would upset the balance in the tank, and is suitable for use in all environments. It's recommended that liquid detergents like ours are best for septic tanks vs. powdered alternatives.

We’ve created Kair to care for your skin as much as your clothes, with our formulas including moisturising ingredients like Glycerin more commonly found in skincare. Whilst many customers with skin conditions love our products, if you do have sensitive skin, we would always recommend testing our products on select garments first.

Our friendly Kair advice would be to line-dry (it’s better for your clothes and for the environment too) but there’s no reason why you can’t tumble dry. Just remember to always follow garment label instructions.

You can count on Kair to remove stains in your most-loved pieces. If there’s a particularly tough one to crack, just pre-soak with a little Kair before washing as normal.

Yes, Kair is completely safe when used to care for your most-treasured wardrobe pieces. Remember to leave your bottle securely fastened after every use and always store out of reach of inquisitive little hands.

Each bottle of Kair detergent provides 20 luxury washes for your most-loved pieces. Our refill pouches are the equivalent to one full bottle. Our signature fabric conditioners go the extra distance - lasting up to 32 washes.

As every product has been specifically designed for use with your wardrobe favourites, our how to use advice differs slightly from Wash to Softener to Spray. You’ll find our easy-to-follow instructions on the back of every bottle so you can Kair with confidence every load. You can also find them explained on each individual product page.

Our Kair bottles are made from responsibly sourced, recycled glass and they’re reusable too! Whether you choose to refill with Kair or turn them into a home for your weekly flowers, they’ll look beautiful on every worktop.

Yes, we’re proud that our packaging is responsibly sourced, recycled and reusable. Our refill pouches already reduce plastic use by 76%, and we’re working hard to make it 100% and eliminate plastic completely.

For Kair that goes on and on and on we’ve created refill pouches so, you’ll never run out of your favourite product. Our Refills keep your reusable glass bottle full and plastic waste down, 76% down to be precise.

Once your order has shipped we’ll send you tracking details so you can load up your laundry and be ready to hit start as soon as your Kair arrives.

To allow us to get your Kair to you as quickly as we can, we send your orders directly to our warehouse so we can ship the same day, so we can't cancel orders once they're placed. We’ll happily help you return your items once you receive them.

We're glad you asked! Popping your clothes into a laundry bag will help protect them from snags inside the drum and is one of the best ways to keep them fresher for longer. So, along with your Kair, we’ve included one of our laundry bags. They're made from 100% recycled material so you can wash carefully, wear carefree.

UK: We offer free UK mainland next working day courier shipping on orders with a £25 minimum spend. If orders are placed before 2pm we aim to dispatch the same working day. But, we know sometimes you can’t wait for your Kair so, you can always upgrade to our next-day shipping service too.

All orders are delivered via Amazon, DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail.

Good news: we’ve got your order and your Kair will soon be on its way! All orders received before 2pm GMT / 9am EST Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day. For weekend and bank holiday orders, your products will be shipped on the next working day.

Every order is shipped in our signature Kair shipping boxes made from cardboard which can be fully recycled. Our boxes are robustly designed for protection in transit.
